More images from the latest issue of a Japanese magazine featuring the upcoming Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger vs Uchuu Keiji Gavan THE MOVIE had been leaked. This centers around the connection between the two series.

As a celebration to Metal Heroes series' 30th Anniversary, TOEI decided to team-up two of the most unlikely heroes from two franchises, the first Space Sheriff, Gavan, and the treasure hunting pirates, the Gokaigers.


Kenji Ohba will be a guest star in the movie as Retsu Ichijouj, a.k.a. Gavan. Not only that, he will also transform to his other characters, namely Battle Kenya (Battle Fever J) and Denji Blue (Denji Sentai Denziman).


Gavan Bootleg uses the combined technologies of the Space Police and the Space Empire Zangyack. He is a robot warrior that can replicate all of Gavan's abilities. It also has the ability to pull enemies into Makuu Space.

Unlike Gavan, Gavan Bootleg looks considerably evil. Of course, since it can copy Gavan's abilities, it has a Laser Blade. Expect a jaw dropping sword fights between the two! Who will win?


Makuu prison chief Ashrada has inherited the blood of former space mafia Makuu leader Don Horror. In order to get revenge on Gavan, he activates his own blood and expands Makuu Space in order to try to engulf the Earth!

That Zangyack leader is here too! Will Jealoushitto cause trouble again?!


Gavan comes to Earth and easily apprehends Marvelous and his crew, taking them back to the Space Police. But Uibaru (played by Shiro Sano), the Space Police chief who ordered their arrest, was actually Ashrada! Realizing this deception, Gavan goes to free the Gokaigers, but he ends up in the Makuu prison in Makuu Space!

As revealed in the past articles, Retsu Ichijouji once saved Marvelous when he was still a kid (played by Tatsuomi Hamada). Will Retsu remember Marvelous?


Gavan is trapped in the worst prison in space, the Makuu prison in Makuu Space. Can the Gokaigers save him!?


In the Makuu prison there are a lot of formerly evil characters who have changed their ways. In addition to Vancuria, the Goseigers' previous enemies Mons Drake, Kinggon and Robogog are also there!


The Gaiark's three Pollution Ministers, Yogostein, Kitaneidas and Kegalesia. Because they're dead they have white cloths on their heads. In the insect cage Yatsudenwani is holding is Bae. In the bird cage is Gecko.


How is Marvelous's old rival Basco involved in this story? It seems that he's not helping the Zangyack....


Elder of the Sneak Brothers, who once disappeared into the sky, returns for revenge along with his younger sister, Sister!
